I Can Speak for You

Pink Poppy Flowers

I am a seasoned Microsoft sales and marketing leader with a 30-year track record of driving growth in the small and medium-sized business segment. Known for my passion, creativity, and dedication, I have empowered North American Indirect Provider partners and their vast reseller networks to thrive through innovative technology solutions.

I Know Stuff — and I’ve Lived Stuff

My career spans roles at Microsoft, marketing agencies, and entrepreneurial ventures, earning accolades such as the Canadian Marketing Association Gold Award and recognition from the International Association of Microsoft Partners. As a sought-after speaker and mentor, I frequently deliver talks on Women in IT, Business Communications, and Emotional Intelligence in the workplace, helping teams build stronger communication and collaboration skills.

I also served as co-leader of the Microsoft Global Partner Solutions Women’s Council, championing initiatives around Women and AI. I played a key role in the Women’s Council—a vibrant community of women leaders and allies committed to empowering women across the tech ecosystem.

Outside of my professional life, I took a decade-long pause to raise my three children before returning to Microsoft for another 15 years. As a breast cancer survivor, I bring resilience and authenticity to everything I do. I have served as President of Volunteer Hamilton’s board, and as a lecturer, guest speaker, and judge at McMaster University’s business and marketing competitions. My insights have also been featured on television and podcasts.

I hold a degree in Rhetoric and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo. I live in Waterdown, Ontario with my husband Nate, to whom I’ve been married for 28 years.
